PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, depending on the item type. Print-on-demand items (apparel, accessories) are fulfilled directly by our production partners and may require additional production time before shipping.

SHIPPING CARRIERS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your order and location. Estimated delivery windows after processing:
• Standard Shipping (US): 5–10 business days
• Expedited Shipping (US): 2–4 business days
• International: 10–21 business days (customs delays may apply)
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. FlowCity Enterprises LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs processing.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier office first. If the issue persists, contact us at FlowCityShop@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help resolve it.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because print-on-demand items go into production quickly, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Contact us immediately at FlowCityShop@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
