Refund policy

PRINT-ON-DEMAND ITEMS

Items fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners (Printify, Printful) are made to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, sizing issues, or change of mind.
If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, we will replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at FlowCityShop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

SELF-FULFILLED ITEMS

Items shipped directly from FlowCity Enterprises LLC are eligible for exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original packaging with tags attached
• Free of odors, stains, or signs of wear
We do not offer cash refunds on self-fulfilled items — exchanges and store credit only.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

Email FlowCityShop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.

CUSTOM & LIMITED ITEMS

Custom orders, limited drops, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at FlowCityShop@gmail.com. We will ship the correct item and cover all shipping costs to make it right.
